Resilience Workshop: Embracing Hope and Life Beyond Cancer

Join Aurora Health Care for a special four-week Resilience Project series designed to help build emotional resilience, foster meaningful connections, and support recovery. Through guided discussion and evidence-based tools, you’ll gain practical strategies to navigate life’s challenges with strength and hope.

This group warmly welcomes all oncology patients and survivors seeking extra support and connection. The series includes a combination of video clips, guided discussions, and hands-on activities to reinforce key concepts.

If you are unable to make all of the sessions, materials will be available for the sessions missed.
