About Dr. Agrawal
Dr. Laila Agrawal is a board-certified medical oncologist specializing in breast cancer at Norton Cancer Institute in Louisville, Kentucky. She is also a fellow of the International Society for the Study of Women’s Sexual Health (ISSWSH) and serves on the board of directors of the Scientific Network on Female Sexual Health and Cancer.
She is dedicated to addressing the often-overlooked aspect of sexual health in cancer care and runs a sexual health clinic for women diagnosed with cancer, focusing on the multifaceted impact of cancer and its treatments on sexual health and intimacy. Her work emphasizes the importance of integrating sexual health discussions into routine cancer care, advocating for better training for healthcare providers and more comprehensive patient support.
