Outreach Community Health Center’s 2024 Community Health & Resource Fair

Join us and lend your voice to reducing health disparities in our community and in giving every one of our neighbors the opportunity to live their best lives.

Outreach’s 2024 Community Health & Resource Fair, which is free and open to the public, will be held at 220 West Capitol Drive in Milwaukee. ABCD will have a table and will be sharing information and resources about our free emotional support services.
