MOVE23 – A day of health & wellness speakers, live workouts/demonstrations, nutrition, and full body health resources.

On Saturday, April 22nd ABCD will be at the Move 2023 Health & Wellness Expo. Director of Healthcare & Community Partnerships, Keeshia Jones will be there to answer questions and provide information on ABCD’s free, customized, one-to-one emotional support services. Admission is free.
