ABCD is a Community Partner (along with our friends Wisconsin Breast Cancer Coalition) for the screening of Malignant Practice, part of Milwaukee Film’s Dialogues Documentary series! The screening takes place Sunday, September 21 at 2:30 pm at the Oriental Theatre in Milwaukee.

Malignant Practice is an animated short from MFF alum Kristin Catalano that tells the true story of a young woman whose breast cancer was missed by a doctor and a mammogram—spotlighting flaws in our healthcare system and the importance of self-advocacy. A talkback will follow the screening.

We’ll share a few words about the emotional support we provide before the film and stop by our table in the lobby for ABCD info and swag.
